Virtual Worlds
- Superscape. Building worlds is easy. Connecting to data needs training (2-3 days) and programming skills (language similar to C).
Other
- Basic statistical packages (S-Plus, SAS, SPSS etc) have good graphing capabilities. My personal favourite is S-Plus.
- Knowledge seeker is a very easy to use Rule Induction package, but includes nice tree based visualisation
- Spotfire (IVEE) is a very easy to use interactive visualisation package. Makes very good use of slider and buttons to select data (SQL for idiots like me)
